Welcome to Grid Lounge! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, memberships, and in-person racing lounge services. By using our site or visiting Grid Lounge, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Use

Grid Lounge provides sim-racing experiences, memberships, event bookings, and merchandise sales.

By creating an account, booking a session, or making a purchase, you agree to follow these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate memberships for misuse, unsafe behavior, or violation of these Terms.
2. Memberships & Subscriptions

Memberships (such as Club Pass or Grid Unlimited) are billed on a recurring basis through Square.

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard.

Cancellations must be made before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
3. Booking & Events

Racing sessions and events must be booked in advance through our website.

Bookings are subject to availability.

No-shows or late arrivals may result in shortened or forfeited sessions.

Grid Lounge reserves the right to modify or cancel events. If we cancel, you will receive a refund or credit.
4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Square.

Merchandise orders are subject to WooCommerce policies.

Refunds are available only in the following cases:

Membership fees, completed sessions, and digital products are non-refundable.
5. Safety & Conduct

Sim-racing involves physical equipment; you agree to follow staff instructions at all times.

Unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund.

You are responsible for any damage to equipment caused by misuse.
6. Online Store

Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary.

Shipping times may vary and are estimated at checkout.

Grid Lounge is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
7. Privacy
Your use of Grid Lounge is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
8. Limitation of Liability

Grid Lounge is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses incurred while participating in racing sessions, events, or while using our website.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service or product in question.
